About . . . Flood Informational Meeting

For Immediate Release June 16, 2011

City of North Kansas City Flood Information Meeting

The City of North Kansas City and the North Kansas City Levee District will be holding an informational meeting at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, June 21st, 2011 at the North Kansas City Community Center. (1999 Iron, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116) Levee Officials and City Staff will discuss what is currently being done and what actions will be taken as the Missouri River rises. The meeting is open to the public and anyone with questions, comments or concerns are encouraged to attend. The City of North Kansas City has a dedicated phone line that interested parties can call anytime to obtain the most up to date information related to water levels and levy condition. That number is (816) 412-7803.
